We keep this simple. Tone Studio only collects what’s needed to run the app and make it better. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it in ways you wouldn’t expect.

When you use Tone Studio, we may collect basic information like your email if you create an account, along with usage data such as how you interact with the app, your device type, operating system, and app performance. This helps us keep everything running smoothly and improve the experience over time.

If you choose to edit photos or videos, we may request access to your camera or photo library. This access is entirely controlled by you through your device settings, and we only use it to power the features inside the app. We do not scan or access your content beyond what you actively choose to use.

Your information is used to operate the app, improve features, fix bugs, process payments, and send important updates when necessary. That’s it. We don’t sell your personal data or use it for anything unrelated to your experience.

Payments are handled securely by Apple through in-app purchases. We never see or store your card details.

In some cases, we may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us run the app, such as analytics or infrastructure partners. We may also disclose information if required by law. Outside of that, your data stays with us.

You’re always in control. You can delete your account, remove permissions like photo or camera access, or request that we delete your data entirely by contacting us at help@tonestudio.app.

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but like any online service, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or request a copy of it. If you want to exercise any of these rights, just reach out and we’ll handle it.

Tone Studio is not intended for users under 13. If we become aware that we’ve collected data from a child, we’ll remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If any changes are important, we’ll make it clear within the app or on our site.
