Tone Studio Terms

By accessing or using Tone Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you should not use the app. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Tone Studio is a mobile application provided by Tone Studio LTD., based in Hong Kong. These Terms apply to all users of the app and form the agreement between you and us. Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Use of the Service

Tone Studio allows you to edit photos and videos using built-in tools, presets, templates, and camera features. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the Service or access it in unauthorized ways.

Accounts and Access

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information and for any activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms.

Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on the plan you select and automatically renew unless cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the app store you used to subscribe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.

Payments are processed by Apple or the relevant app store provider. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Subscription fees may change over time. If they do, the updated price will apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use of the Service after a price change means you accept the new pricing.

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may offer free trials from time to time. If you enter billing details for a free trial, you will be charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before that point. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, belongs to Tone Studio LTD. and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

You retain full ownership of any content you create using the app. We do not claim ownership of your photos or videos.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the Service without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tone Studio LTD. and its partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability in any situation is limited to the amount you have paid us, or 100 USD if you have not made any payments.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

Legal Compliance

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to restrictions under United States law and that you are not on any restricted or prohibited parties list.

If you are a U.S. federal government user, the Service is provided as a “Commercial Item” under applicable regulations.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

If you have a dispute with us, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us.

If you are in the European Union, you may also benefit from mandatory local consumer protections.

General Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.

If we do not enforce a right under these Terms, it does not mean we waive that right.

If these Terms are translated into other languages, the English version will prevail in case of conflict.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
