What do I get as part of my Tone+ subscription?

Your Tone+ subscription allows you full, unlimited access to the app. You instantly unlock over 100 presets, and dozens of overlays. We will be adding new presets, overlays and features every month - and all will be included as part of your subscription.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

You can change, update, or cancel your Tone+ subscription at any time.

  • Go to your iOS device settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  • Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  • Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  • Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Can I request a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not able to issue refunds directly. All in-app purchases and subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple, and as such, refunds need to be requested from them. Here is an article explaining how to do so:Âhttps://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
